We are proud to announce that we are a Pony Club Linked Riding Centre.
The Pony Club was founded in 1929 and is an international youth organisation with over 100,000 members worldwide, open to all young people under the age of 25. The vision of The Pony Club is to provide children and young people with the opportunity to develop a lifelong love of horses through fun, friendship, horsemanship and sport.
The Pony Club values of Togetherness, Empathy, Respect and Learning are aligned with our Riding Centre and we have chosen to affiliate with this charity to offer our young people the chance to access all The Pony Club has to offer with our wonderful horses and ponies.
Get access to a friendly and welcoming horsey network involving learning, achievements, competitions and most of all, fun!
You do not need your own Pony to become a Centre Member of @The Pony Club. You can take part in all learning activity days and competitions using your favourite pony at the stables. If this is something that interests you, please get in touch with us today!
Wouldn’t it be great if you could get recognition for your horsemanship skills?
What skills are these? For example:
- Mucking out
- Brushing a pony
- Picking out a pony’s feet
As a member of The Pony Club, activities such as these are all part of our achievement badges! By completing the criteria for each of the badges, you receive your badge from your Centre, and you can begin to work up a collection! Some of our members sew them on to the sleeves of their Pony Club jumpers to show everyone what they have achieved!
To discuss how to become a Pony Club Member and attend our Pony Club activities please contact Tayla!
